Ohhh I’m so angry because I just discovered a pregnancy system scam and feel so bad for the poor women who’ve
been ripped off. However I’m glad to be able to warn you and other women out there not to fall for the same tricks. I was just sent links to couple of programs which claim to cure PCOS, infertility, acne etc… The marketing material looks identical and all programs are published by the same company. Not only does the marketing material lambast the proven natural methods (as well as drugs and medical approaches) they also claim to perform miracles. At first I was curious, then appalled by the unprofessional language which only discredits the company. But you’d never thought that there is a company behind it unless you read the fine print. You see these programs claim to be written by different men and women. Yet somehow the different programs supposedly written by two different people got the same testimonials for different ailments. In one testimonial where the same woman is featured the pregnancy took place at the age of 44 while the other says the age 39. This company also has other products on the market for various health conditions, all claiming they are written by ‘experts’ who suffered from those conditions and who spent 14, 12 ect… years studying and researching their individual problems.
I hope you had fantastic holidays with your family and friends. I spent Christmas with my family enjoying the festive yummy food, and New Year’s eve in the company of dear friends in the Swiss alps. We skied during the day, defrosted with a couple of ‘Gluehweins’ (hot wine with spices and oranges) in front of the fire, cooked up a feast, lit some fireworks (in Switzerland you can buy them in the supermarket and let them off in your backyard!), danced the night away and had the best NYE in a long time. If you recall it was a full moon on NYE…the scenery here in Verbier was magical: moonlit, snow covered alps, amazing colorful fireworks as far as the eye can see and in the background star studded sky…What a sight to behold and what a way to birth a new year full of powerful energy and stellar achievements! I’ve got some amazing new projects in the pipeline for you this year which you’ll love. More about that soon…
Recently I contacted the owner of an infertility blog. The owner turned out to be a doctor who in a polite way told me she doesn’t feel comfortable recommending natural fertility treatments and naturopathy to her patients. I was surprised by this as I work closely with several western medical doctors and have observed more and more doctors now looking to integrate natural treatments into their health giving portfolio’s to offer their patients ‘the best of both worlds’. More and more progressive doctors are embracing natural medicine for its many benefits but sadly there are many still stuck in the old paradigm of flatly dismissing approaches not taught in medical school or published in medical journals without further examination.
Thank you so much for being part of my life, for subscribing to my ezine and for using the information I share with you.
Today is the day to give thanks for everything we have and everything we are. Feelings of gratitude bring more people, opportunities and reasons to be grateful for. So I suggest, rather than showing your gratitude one day a year, be grateful everyday! Give thanks for every day on this amazing Planet, for your unique talents and qualities and for all the wonderful and supportive people in your life. We can all take things and people for granted — it’s human nature — however this is exactly the reason why you should try to go beyond the norm. Somehow being attuned to everything positive and good in your life, attracts more of the same, so make gratitude a daily ritual!
Next week is Thanksgiving. It’s the time to give thanks for what we have and who we are. Regardless of your religious beliefs a simple ‘thank you’ sent out to the universe and source of all life can return many more things to be grateful for. I’m a huge fan of Anthony Robbins, a man who I think has lightened up this sometime dreary world with his amazing work and dedication to help so many people in the world.
Today we are celebrating the first birthday of the Ultimate Fertility ezine! A year ago when the ezine was launched I had no idea that so many people would be drawn to our message of healing your fertility naturally.
It’s been an amazing year. We have over 1’000 subscribers! I‘m so pleased so many of you have benefited from the information shared and have become pregnant. I hope you’ll send us a photo of your baby for our baby gallery coming soon.
As I’m writing this millions of tiny white snowflakes are dancing in the air outside my window. I love the winter months! Cuddling up to your partner in front of a fire is so romantic (tip: strawberries dipped in chocolate go so well with this setting)…it’s such a great time to rekindle your love for each other. Outside is cold, your friends want to stay at home, TV is boring…why not light some candles, start a fire in a fireplace (if you have one), play Norah Jones and cuddle up to your partner for some R&R?
Do you like moving? It’s apparently one of the most stressful life events….and stressful it is!
Our family of 3 – My dog Marlo, husband Raph and I are moving closer to nature. It’s a great location close to all the amenities and services big cities provide but far enough not to get traffic noise and the hustle and bustle of a busy city.
The best thing about our new place? It’s high up in the hills, above the cloud-bank. This means we’ll get more sun in the winter and be able to enjoy the view of the snow caped mountain peaks, as opposed to thick city fog!
I try to practice what I preach where possible. So with winter approaching healthy eating can go by the wayside. Fresh salads and fruit are not that appealing when it’s freezing outside. So I’ve started a new routine of preparing Indian or Vietnamese vegetable curries with beans.
Firstly I’d like to share some wonderful news – another pregnancy! Congratulations to my dear client who just yesterday informed me she is two months pregnant and over the moon with joy!
Another exciting piece of news is our expert contribution to Doctor Mercola’s blog – The World’s Most Popular Natural Health Newsletter. He is an amazing and admirable Natural Health Practitioner whose mission is to educate the population about natural, safe alternatives to drugs and surgery.

I’m so happy to be able to announce that one my dear clients just informed me that she is two months pregnant! Congratulations! News like this makes my day. If you’ve got a baby on the way and you think the program or the info I share with you helped you achieve your pregnancy, please make my day and share your happy news with me!
I’m also pleased to announce that we’ve got a new partner from South Africa – www.babiesonline.co.za – ‘Your parenting partner from pregnancy to pre-school’. This popular site is a valuable resource for the first time parents making sense of all the ‘do’s and don’ts’ of parenting. Natural-Fertility-Prescription will feature in their pre-conception and infertility section as an expert contributor. Go check them out.
I was recently contacted by a TV station in the US planning to do a show on fertility solutions for the times we live in.
I can’t tell you any details at this stage, but what I can say is that people are fed up with conventional infertility treatments.
Apart from the exorbitant costs and the health risks there is another factor which is not being taken into account – the current economic situation. Although the markets and the economy have improved in the last 6 months, many people are still out of jobs and many industries have not recovered.
It took a sports coach for me to grasp an important lesson which I’d like to share with you.
Focus on the path and not the goal. We can often become overly goal orientated, obsessing about our goals too much. Enjoy the process. Internal achievements are what we take with us, not just the external ones. Forget the goal, don’t look over your shoulder at your opponent, but focus on your path. Play your game and allow the chips to fall as they may.
I’m happy to announce that I’ve been doing some blogging for the Conceive Magazine. The online version is called Conceive Online and you can read my blog post here.
There are more exciting expert contributions coming up with some well known names in the industry which I’ll reveal in due time.
I hope you are making use of the forum and getting to know other users. If not, register now.
Another way to keep in touch with the latest on the fertility front is to follow me on twitter.
It really makes me angry when the media publishes findings such as a recent Danish study which reported that alternative medicine treatments decrease IVF success rates by 30%. Let me make it clear, this study did not specify what ‘alternative medicines’ they were testing apart from broadly saying ‘herbal medicine, aromatherapy and reflexology’. Which specific herbs and oils they were using was not mentioned. That would be like saying ‘using drugs 12 months before IVF decreases IVF success’.
Natural fertility is gaining in popularity. More and more IVF specialists are speaking up against IVF as a first line of treatment.
To keep raising awareness about natural fertility I’ve been looking for speaking engagements, radio interview opportunities and online presentations. If you know of a radio station, blog, podcast, association or an organization who would be interested in natural fertility and IVF alternatives let me know.
As mentioned previous week, we’ve been making headlines in the news! I you haven’t checked out the press releases do so now. Also we’ve got three books on sale which have previously only been included in the program. For more information go here.
As mentioned previous week, our natural fertility forum is live and kicking. People have been posting already and are awaiting your feedback and input. I’ll be answering your fertility concerns also so make sure to join and start posting any questions or comments you have. Here is the link to the forum: http://www.natural-fertility-prescription.com/forum .

In addition you can now buy 3 e-books on the site which have until now only been included in the Natural Fertility Prescription Program Package. They are;
I’m back from my holidays, rested and recharged. It was great to soak up the sun (good for vitamin D reserves), swim in the pristine sea water (rich in minerals for glowing skin) and take a step back from daily activities (great for reducing stress levels).
I’ve got some exciting news for you! As of the next week we’ll have a fertility forum! You’ll be able to share your story with other members, get their feedback and my feedback.
Today my puppy Marlo woke me up at 5 am. Outside it was semi dark and perfectly still. My husband, Marlo and I decided to go for an early morning walk before it gets scorching hot. We walked up a small hill to an old fortress dating back to the early 16th century.
The view from the top was amazing.
I’ve had an amazing journey since the conception of the Natural Fertility Prescription. It’s been a steep learning curve
trying to master the computer technology. I’ve had many new clients come aboard who are achieving great results.
Now after all this time, it’s time for me to go on a deserved two week break and recharge my batteries. But don’t worry my laptop is coming along and I’ll be still checking my emails if you’ve got any burning questions or concerns. I’m going to Croatia, to an island called Hvar where I used to spend many summers as a child with my grandparents.
I’ve been getting fantastic feedback on the new fertility report. It’s full of new scientific evidence supporting my natural approach to overcoming infertility. If you haven’t had a chance to read it yet, go here.
I’m also very happy to say that a lot of new clients came aboard and I’d like to warmly welcome you all. I know you are determined to become pregnant this year and I’m looking forward to assisting you on this most important journey.
As you know I’ve been busily working on two new projects. And I’m thrilled to be able to announce the two babies are finally ready to make their debut!
The first baby is the brand New Report on Natural Fertility jam packed with evidence from reputable institutions such as Harvard and respectable peer reviewed scientific journals such as the Lancet and many more. I believe this to be the most comprehensive report proving the efficacy of the natural treatment of infertility to date, but you be the judge.
In the recent survey you asked for more evidence on the natural fertility approach. For the last two weeks, I’ve been compiling a report for you. This report contains a huge amount of scientific evidence from reputable journals and institutions. The report will be released next week.
I’m doing this because I truly want you to realize that the solution to most infertility cases is in your hands if you know what to do.
In addition, some of you have been asking me about a blog with all of the resources published so far in the ezines. Guess what! It’s nearly finished and will be ready very, very soon. I’ll keep you posted on the launch date.
I’ve had such a tremendously positive response from my lovely clients doing the program that I got inspired to do the detox myself, out of solidarity to you, so that you don’t feel you are doing it alone! ![]()
The cool thing to say would be; ‘I can feel your pain’ but, the truth is, I’m so relieved I’ve had this food intolerance revealed to me as a result of the detox that I need to share my story with you.
You gave me some great feedback so far! If you haven’t already, would you mind taking just 3 minutes to complete the survey?
As a thank you for responding to the survey you’ll instantly get a link to download a COMPLIMENTARY REPORT;
‘Discover the 3 Biggest Timing Mistakes and How to Address Them’ (a $47 Value)
Research shows that 50% of infertile situations arise from bad timing! Discover how not to miss another ovulation in this valuable report. It is my Thank You Gift to YOU for taking a few minutes to tell me about yourself and your preferences.
I’ve been thinking recently about ways to spread the word on natural fertility.
As you know I’ve set an ambitious goal for 2009 – ‘To help 500 couples get pregnant in 2009′ and I’m going to need some media exposure to achieve it.
Just couple of days ago I read an article on a shocking IVF mix-up in London’s ‘Diana, Princess of Wales center for reproductive medicine’. To cut a long story short. A woman received the ‘good’ fertilized eggs from another woman by mistake, and the woman whose eggs they were received the other woman’s ‘poor’ quality eggs. Both had to have strong drugs to prevent pregnancies from occurring.
At last! I’m very excited to announce that we’ll soon have a blog!
All of the ezine articles will be located in one spot, grouped in categories and easy to browse!
This will be a great resource for you and you’ll also be able to leave your comments and comment on what others had to say.
We’ve got more exciting projects on the way to help create an online natural fertility community.
I’ll let you know when the blog is up and running! Not much longer to go!
I recently watched a teen movie ‘Twilight’ (for the teen in me
). A very passionate and intense love story – modern Romeo and Juliet.
The good thing about watching movies like this is that they relate to your inner child – a part of you that can fall in love and be amazed by life. Passion and love are crucial when you are trying to get pregnant.
Love makes us feel invincible, boosts our health, fertility and gives us plenty of inner energy. Rather than feeling depleted and looking for things on the outside to give you energy, love oozes energy from within and gives you strength, confidence and conviction in the path you have chosen.
Happy Easter!
Easter got it’s name from the Goddess Eostre or Ostara, a germanic Goddess of fertility and rebirth. It is also the Christian celebration of rebirth and renewal.
It coincides with the emergence of spring, warmer weather, longer days, shorter nights and the return of fertility to the northern hemisphere.
It’s also no coincidence that Easter is preceded by lent – or giving up something that’s not so good for our health. After the lent we nourish and celebrate our fertility with a symbolic Easter feast of eggs and special bread baked in the form of a dove – a symbol of peace. Maybe we should pay more attention to the ancient holidays and their meaning and use the wisdom and the natural cycles to honor and celebrate our fertility.
Spring is finally poking its head out! Long cold winters, we get here in Switzerland, can be quite depressing, unless you
live in the Alps above the clouds and the fog, where it’s mostly sunny! That’s why the old Swiss farmers look so tanned and happy, unlike the pale and stressed out city dwellers. The farmers have a name for the cold, bleak foggy weather – the ‘fog soup’!
Today however, is a fantastic day, with blue sky and bright sunshine – no ‘fog soup’ in sight! So I went for a run along the river, without the puppy – he’s too small to be taken on the long runs.
