Can infertility really be cured?

Despite all the hype, lies and misinformation around infertility the truth is (as any ethical, qualified natural fertility specialist will tell you) infertility is not in fact a disease, it’s a chronic condition and as such there isn’t a single ‘cure’ whether it be an individual drug, herb, supplement or ‘miracle’ chinese medicine technique.  The truth is infertility can be reversed, naturally in the majority couples with the right holistic treatment. As the evidence I’ll show you proves.  its’s a chronic health condition which in many cases responds well to the right natural therapy. If you’re experiencing inability to conceive, I want you to know you’re almost certainly not suffering from an incurable disease. What you’re most likely experiencing is the temporary result (inability to conceive) of a combination of sub-clinical conditions (meaning conditions which are present but have yet to manifest symptoms) these sub-clinical conditions have in turn, most likely, lowered you and/or your partners fertility levels to the point where you’re currently unable to conceive and/or carry a baby to full term.

Will the NFP program address my particular case?

NFP addresses most causes of inability to conceive and carry a baby to full term. Specifically:

  • PCOS, endometriosis, mild uterine scaring, fibroids and cysts
  • Metabolic and hormonal imbalances; hypothyroidism, insulin resistance, amenorrhea
  • Sperm abnormalities; low sperm count, oddly shaped sperm, sperm motility
  • Low progesterone, excessive oestrogen
  • Unexplained infertility, auto-immunity
  • Most causes of miscarriages, abnormalities, preterm births and still births

I have PCOS or endometriosis – how can the NFP program help me?

Yes, the program addresses the key factors behind conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis. It is especially beneficial for conditions such as PCOS and endometriosis, which can’t be addressed successfully with conventional medicines.

Does the NFP program address sperm quality and quantity?

Of all fertility problems you could have, this is actually relatively easy to treat and responds exceptionally well to natural treatments. First make sure that your husband is willing to make some changes. Most partners/husbands are willing to change but some simply wont. The NFP program contains detailed guidelines on addressing sperm quantity and quality.

Can your program help if we have unexplained infertility?

You are not alone, up to 20% of couples present with unexplained infertility. This is usually due to nutritional deficiencies and /or heavy metal toxicity which can usually be easily corrected. It can also be due to metabolic or minor health issues which can be addressed with nutritional and herbal medicine.

Can your program help me if I’ve had tubal ligation?

If you had tubal ligation, your fallopian tubes have been cut and sealed – permanent female sterilization. Since the egg can’t travel down the tube to meet the sperm for fertilization it is not possible to get pregnant naturally. My program can’t help your tubes to reattach as they have been surgically cut and sealed. Your options are to have the tubal ligation reversed but only your doctor can decide whether or not to perform this complicated surgery after a laparoscopy. The reversal is very expensive ($5’000 – $10’000) and has a relatively low rate of success. But it can be done depending on your state of health and your age. However, bear in mind that any surgery in the pelvic area increases the risk of infection, inflammation and consequently scarring. Scarring alone can block the tubes and lead to infertility even after you had the reversal. So weigh your options carefully. Another choice is IVF, and yes, you can use the program to help you and your partner, prepare for IVF and double your IVF pregnancy success rate (from 25% to 47.1%).

Can your program help me prevent a miscarriage and abnormalities?

Yes. The NFP program addresses the most common causes of miscarriages and malformations. Miscarriages occur when there is something not right with the embryo or when there’s something not right with embryo’s environment in-utero, or both. There are many factors which can influence both the quality of the embryo and the quality of the embryo’s environment. Women whose partners have low sperm count are more likely to suffer from recurrent miscarriages. So it is worth-while investigating your partner’s sperm. The NFP program provides tools to optimally prepare for your next pregnancy and reduce the risk of miscarriages and abnormalities.

What are my chances of becoming a mother at 38+

Providing you’re still ovulating, the answer is much the same way as when you were in your 20’s. That is, providing you have proper preparation. The preparation includes detoxing, optimizing you and your partners fertility for a minimum of 120 days. As you get older your body has more time to accumulate toxins, many of these toxins have been shown to damage fertility and the fetus which is why doctors tell you that after 35 your fertility dramatically decreases and the risk of birth malformations increases. This can be addressed and changed in most cases, again providing you are still ovulating. If you are menopausal you may have to look at egg donation and IVF, and still use the natural fertility methods to maximize your health and minimize pregnancy complications.

I tried conceiving for the last 3-4 months under stress, without success. Is there a connection?

Stress is extremely damaging to fertility. When we’re under stress, our bodies goes into survival mode – fight or flight (and some freeze). We’re wired to respond this way, from our pre-historic days. In those days we were prey to other creatures. So our bodies learnt to get away as fast as possible from life endangering situations. During the fight-flight-freeze response, all our blood and nutrients are diverted away from the body and organs to the muscles and brain. The only two systems which will save your life in such situations. Today, we get stressed for different reasons: work, home, friends and family and not being able to conceive as planned. However our bodies are hard-wired to react the same way. Our reproductive capacity is diminished. For proven methods on addressing stress and infertility see the program.

Can the program help address my hormone levels?

Yes. When you follow the program your body will be provided with the right nutrients and substances to help correct your hormonal imbalances.

Can you guarantee I’ll get pregnant?

No I can’t guarantee that you’ll get pregnant and give birth to a healthy baby. No one can guarantee that. However based on research and the overwhelming results obtained by people who do follow the preconception care guidelines many people who have been told they can never get pregnant naturally, did get pregnant and had successful pregnancies. One thing that I can guarantee is that your overall health and energy levels will improve. If you and your partner follow the program and you are wholeheartedly committed to making this happen, you can make the seemingly impossible possible.

Does your program deal with non physical aspects of fertility such as feelings and emotions?

Yes, you are more than your physical body. There are known links between emotions and health and unless you address emotions as well you’re not addressing the whole problem. I’ll give you strategies to help address the emotions which can either contribute to or result from infertility.

Is there information on detoxing in the program or will changing habits be enough to detox naturally? How do you know if you need to detox?

Yes, there is a whole section in the program dedicated to detoxing. Most of my clients who used the program and did the detox report feeling better than ever. Changing habits will help you avoid accumulating more toxins, but will not remove the toxins which have accumulated and are now stored in your tissue and bones. Those toxins need to be cleared using specific techniques and the program shows you how. Unfortunately, these days environmental pollution (air, water, land) is widespread which means – as studies show – that even babies are being born with toxins in them. So as to your question – how do you know if you need to detox – just by living on this planet you should aim to detox at least once a year to ensure optimal health and particularly before conception. If you suffer from chronic conditions, have poor digestion, are foggy headed, get frequent colds, have allergies or auto-immune conditions, are constantly tired and lethargic or are depressed and fuzzy headed, you should definitely detox.

I’ve bought other programs in the past and been disappointed, why is yours any different?

Most other natural fertility programs were written by unqualified people based on their own personal experience of what has worked for them. The trouble with this is that we are all different and what works for one or even multiple people does not always work for others. The natural fertility prescription combines holistic healing modalities with what has been proven to work from controlled studies. Infertility is a chronic condition with many underlying causes. There is no miracle to overcoming infertility naturally. But because it is a chronic condition with identifiable causes it does respond well when causes are addressed properly.

Time is running out for me. Don’t I need IVF immediately before my fertility declines further?

The extra few months you spend following the program are MUCH more likely to increase your fertility levels and your odds of conceiving than decrease them. You have to understand that your fertility level does not automatically steadily decline with age. Fertility clinics wont tell you the truth about this because they want to rush you through their treatments. Like anything in nature it oscilates and is subject to other influences. Obviously over the long term it ultimately declines but in the vast majority of women following the program for several months will lead to a greater fertility and increased chance of conceiving. Couples who apply natural fertility (and in the unlikely event still can’t conceive) and then try IVF as a last resort have an average INCREASED success rate of 91% – despite being older.

I’ve done my own research into natural fertility treatments. Will I find out anything I dont already know?

The short answer is yes. This is not just about preconception care, fertility diets, fertility detox, herbs, vitamins and a positive state of mind. Like most things in life the secret is in the detail and the method. How often do we go to a restaurant and think to ourselves ‘I could prepare that!’ but usually we can’t get quite the same result can, why? Because it comes down to the method, because the chef is usually an expert and she knows the exact order in which things need to be done, how much of each ingredient and exactly what to use, and there’s usually a secret ingredient isn’t there without which the result is never quite the same. Are you prepared to leave your fertility up to guesswork? If not, I am here to give you the exact method and to take away the guess work to help give you the result you seek.

What research supports the effectiveness of the natural fertility prescription at treating infertility?

Dozens of  peer-reviewed studies conducted by leading institutions over the past 30 years demonstrate the effectiveness of natural fertility treatments. Many of these studies have shown natural fertility therapies can reverse infertility in a high percentage of cases. Among these; a US study with over 17’000 participants, showed that by following just some of the suggestions in the Natural Fertility Prescription program improved fertility by 69%. A separate study in the UK showed that over 81% of couples previously diagnosed as infertile conceived and had healthy babies after a program of treatment containing just some elements of the Natural Fertility Prescription Program. The women were 25 to 45 years old and the men 25 to 59 years old. Among those who conceived there were no miscarriages, no malformations, no stillbirths and no newborn admissions to intensive care. This is in contrast to normal rates – 20% of pregnancies end in miscarriage and 2% with malformations. The same UK study demonstrated that in the minority of cases who did not conceive naturally after the natural fertility treatment and who subsequently undertook IVF, the success rates of their IVF attempts nearly doubled from the normal rate of 25% to 47.1%. How do I know if I have a fertility problem?

Medical diagnosis for infertility is defined as 1 year of trying to get pregnant unsuccessfully for women under 35 and 6 months for women over 35. You do not have to wait for a year before deciding to do something about it; moreover it is advisable to start preconception care at least 4 months before you try to conceive.

Should I use your program even if I don’t have any known infertility signs?

Yes, the better the state of both you and your partner’s health at the time of conception the higher the chance of a healthy pregnancy and healthy offspring. With infertility on the rise more and more couples are seeking natural options and preconception care.

What’s the age limit for your program / what are the chances for ‘older couples’ and can you program help us?

As long as you are ovulating you can get pregnant and as such the age limit is determined by that factor. Providing you are still ovulating you can use the program to help you get pregnant and prevent miscarriages and abnormalities. Many couples well into their 40’s use the natural fertility program successfully. Most of the fertility issues arising with age have to do with the accumulation of toxins due to a longer exposure and prolonged lack of necessary nutrients which in turn results in poor energy production, and faster aging and deterioration of the cells including eggs and sperm. Many of these factors can be successfully reversed by the program.

I want to do IVF at the same time as following a natural fertility program, is that ok?

Absolutely! In fact it is advisable for everyone considering getting pregnant to use preconception care. You would use the modified program which excludes the hormonal herbal remedies as herbs will interfere with strong drugs.

Why do you recommend doing your program first, before IVF?

Studies have shown that by following preconception care as outlined in my program you can double your chances of IVF success. Recent studies show that low IVF success rates can be attributed to poor state of eggs and sperm at the time of harvest, hence another reason why you should improve the health of the eggs and sperm before attempting IVF. In addition the approach as outlined in this program has been shown to reverse 80% of infertile situations and lead to healthy pregnancies and healthy babies, without the need for IVF. This of course is the best scenario as it not only preserves your health and saves you money but it also optimizes the health of your baby.

Why doesn’t my doctor know about this?

Your doctor may have heard of the natural fertility approach but it is unlikely they understand it in detail. The reason stems from a different medical training focus. Conventional doctors focus on diseases, drugs and surgery. Complimentary medical practitioners are trained in natural health preservation and non invasive methods. Doctors are usually not trained in nutrition, herbal medicine and other modalities complementary medical practitioners study. Doctors learn about surgery, treatment of acute illness and other life saving techniques for which we can be extremely grateful. However the conventional Medical approach has often proven ineffective in chronic, diet and lifestyle related conditions such as infertility. As we’ll see IVF does not reverse infertility rather it skips the problem. Hence the name complementary medicine – it complements the gaps in the traditional Medical approach.

If I’m taking other medications, can I still follow the program?

Depending on the medication, they may or may not be compatible with the preconception health care. Some fertility drugs are not compatible with some hormonal herbs. However there may be natural alternatives for your medication and your doctor may be open to a complementary solution. But a preconception program can be modified to enable you to do both, so that you are still getting some benefits.

Is this program for women only, or can men use it too?

This program is designed for both, men and women as the baby is a product of two of you. Conception, healthy pregnancy and a healthy child require both partners to be in an optimal state of health. Sperm are even more sensitive to toxins than eggs and can be readily affected by lifestyle and certain types of exercise, which we’ll explore further in the book. If your partner doesn’t want to participate or can’t you can still follow the program but it will not be as effective if 50% remains unaddressed. Infertility is rarely a straight forward case, and therefore requires addressing both partners as it’s often due to small health issues and nutritional deficiencies or lifestyle habits that lurk in one or both partner’s body.

Can your program still work if only one partner follows it?

Your baby’s genetic material is the product of both parents. By addressing only one partner you are addressing 50% of the problem. If only one partner participates you may still get pregnant but you will be enhancing only half of your future’s child health. For optimal results it’s advisable that you both follow the program.

Can genetic issues be addressed with natural fertility?

The latest research into the emerging field of epigenetics show our genes can in fact be switched on and off by environmental influences (diet, lifestyle, the environment around you) as well as our thoughts and emotions. So it is possible to influence your gene expression. It is also possible to prevent malformations and decrease the risk of some genetic mutations by properly preparing for your pregnancy. However as far as I know, it is not possible to stop a gene with a code for a genetic disease to be passed onto your baby through natural fertility. There are high tech methods, which can cut out the code for a disease from a gene. For these procedures please get in touch with a fertility clinic in your area.

Isn’t there a pill or secret formula that will cure my infertility?

There is no magic pill, secret chinese medicine approach, individual supplement, drug or treatment to miraculously cure fertility. Restoring your fertility naturally is a holistic process requiring a range of changes. For some people making one small change is enough to conceive where previously they were infertile however for most it means making a number of changes which act synergistically to give the body a chance to heal itself. And in terms of herbs and supplements it’s important to understand that everyone is different. Only a qualified herbalist or naturopath is trained to properly recommend herbs and supplements.

Is it possible to treat infertility related to a pituitary tumor and high prolactin naturally?

Tumors have been successfully treated naturally, both the benign and the malignant types. The main cause of tumors and cancers, from a natural medicine point of view, is undersupply of nutrients and oversupply of toxins. Once the pituitary tumor has been addressed naturally, the prolactin levels should start to normalize. I suggest that you start with a detox including food intolerance and heavy metal tests, followed by nutritional and herbal therapy. You should also aim for a healthy and balanced vegan or vegetarian diet. Animal diets are rich in toxins which make it hard to properly detox especially if tumors are already present.

Does my partner need to do the program as well?

Yes. If only one of you undergoes the program you’ll be addressing only 50% of the problem since your baby is product of both you and your partner’s genetic material. That may be enough to get you pregnant but it reduces your odds of success and the health benefits for your child.

Is your program invasive?

No. The program itself is not invasive at all. Some of the tests I recommend, if you have them, may be a bit invasive, but nothing like what you’d go through if you’d opt for IVF.

What side effects, if any, can I expect on your program?

Some positive “side effects” of the program include increased energy, improved fertility, better sleep, stronger immune system, optimal weight, balanced hormones, improved sperm parameters, sharper mental performance and overall health improvement. There are no negative side effects like those you might expect when using IVF or artificial hormones – bloatedness, mood swings, feeling like you’re going crazy.

If lifestyle, diet and toxins are so detrimental to fertility, why are there couples who drink, smoke, don’t exercise and have a poor diet who get pregnant without a problem?

Good question! It is easier for some couples to get pregnant then for others. But by not looking after their health, there are higher chances of having a baby with ADD and ADHD and other serious health problems such as asthma and allergies. It is definitely worth taking the time for proper preconception care to give your baby the best chance for robust health.

I already have a good diet and exercise regularly, how will the program help me?

Now listen to this very carefully: many people don’t realize that many foods labeled as “healthy” are actually not. If you look closely at the ingredients you’ll see all sorts of additives and colorings and sometimes even artificial sweeteners which are very toxic to the body. These days food can be picked or caught today in one country and flown to another country tomorrow so that you can buy it in the supermarket. In that time the food has been either frozen, or refrigerated, packaged in plastic, gassed, X-rayed, possibly sprayed or waxed to stay fresh for longer. By the time it reaches your plate it’s lost half its nutrients and may contain a myriad of toxins your liver has to deal with. Moreover, even if you eat non processed food and where possible organic, the nutrient content of many foods is not what it was 100 years ago and supplementation with the right nutrients may be required.

Besides, not all food and exercise is created equal when it comes to fertility. You’ll be surprised to find out that certain ‘health foods’ are actually detrimental for your fertility as are specific exercises.

Will the program also benefit me during pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding?

Yes, the guidelines in the program contain specific instructions on which nutrients need to be increased during pregnancy and breastfeeding to prevent nausea and post natal depression.

How will my weight be affected by the fertility program and diet?

Following my naturopathic diet as outlined in the program will help you get to your optimal weight and maintain it. Being overweight and underweight creates hormonal imbalances which can lead to infertility, and other negative symptoms associated with your monthly cycles.

What do I have to do to make the program work for me?

You need to apply and use the information in the program. Just reading the information and not applying it will not help you get pregnant.

Can I buy your program in the bookstore?

No the program is only available for purchase from www.natural-fertility-prescription.com

Why is your program not printed?

Simply because keeping it in electronic format enables me to update the information as new scientific findings emerge and allows me to incorporate changes and requests by my clients, which keeps the program of the highest quality and standard.

Also the e-book format enables you too download it immediately and avoid the shipping of a heavy package and wait for delivery. You can store it on your laptop and take it with you when you go travelling without the need to carry a heavy bulky folder around with you.

I think your program is too expensive, how can I justify the price?

This comprehensive fertility program will help boost your fertility and give you the best possible chance to conceive naturally. If the program enables you to avoid IVF think of the thousands you will save. Also the program relays information that over 10 consultations with a natural fertility specialist would provide you with, each between $250.00 or even up to $500.00, depending on where you live and who you go to see! When you purchase the program you become my client and are entitled to a full year of unlimited email access to me for any questions concerning the program and your fertility.

What if I don’t understand something in the program?

I’m here to help you with any questions regarding your fertility and the program. I’m under client practitioner oath and as such all the information you share with me will remain confidential.

What if I don’t follow the program exactly? Can I still get pregnant?

You don’t need to apply every single strategy in this program to get pregnant and have a healthy baby. For some people only one simple change is enough to get pregnant but to maximize your results you should follow the program as closely as possible. For superb results the fertility diet and preconception care should be followed for 120 days prior to conception. It takes 120 days for a new batch of sperm to develop and eggs to mature. Therefore you want to make sure that all the good work you’ve been doing doesn’t go to waste by trying to conceive sooner.

Will I be able to incorporate the changes you recommend into my busy life?

Listen; there is nothing super difficult that you’ll need to do. You shop for food, cook at home, and exercise from time to time already. You’ll still do the same things in the same time it’s just that you’ll adjust what you buy, cook and how you exercise, you’ll avoid things that have been shown to destroy your fertility and you’ll introduce things that have been shown to promote fertility.

Can I still order the program if I have only a bank account but no credit card?

Yes. If you don’t have a credit card you can open an account with PayPal, make your bank account the source of funds, and then use the PayPal payment option. Opening an account with PayPal is easy. Go to www.paypal.com and click on the ‘Sign up’ link. Following the step by step sign up process in about ten minutes you will have your PayPal account.

If I purchase your e-book program are my credit card details safe?

The payment processor we use is PayPal. PayPal was founded in 1998 and processes billions of dollars of transactions from all over the world. They are a highly secure site and have zero tolerance for fraud. PayPal is based in San Jose, California, United States.
