pressI’m back from my holidays, rested and recharged. It was great to soak up the sun (good for vitamin D reserves), swim in the pristine sea water (rich in minerals for glowing skin) and take a step back from daily activities (great for reducing stress levels).

I’ve got some exciting news for you! As of the next week we’ll have a fertility forum! You’ll be able to share your story with other members, get their feedback and my feedback.

Problem shared is problem half solved. So make sure to participate and let’s create a natural fertility support group for everyone looking for alternatives to IVF. I can’t do this on my own and I need your help and support! I’ll keep you posted when it goes live.
